Nice Tanzanite and setting. Nice earrings with good coloured stones.

Impossible to put on due to screw thread gripping the skin and you are then trying to push the post and skin through the earring hole. 18k gold too soft to hold a long term thread and a very fine thread makes them vulnerable to cross threading. They need friction posts. This is not a unique problem.
