- Good to use for posture, put at lowerback made me sit straight, & pain in my shoulders eased
- −
- I was disappointed about the height, of the cut-out I have problems with my foot & wanted it to put over my ankle, so I could rest my other foot on top, but its not high enough to go over my ankle so the height could be higher, it is alsovery hard but it depends on what you need it for really!
