- The patches are very easy to use, they have helped I have had covid so I need as much help as possible

- price is a bit high compared with Amazon... As a Dr myself I do get angry with people thinking they should work straight away...It takes time for the vitamin to build up in the body be patient

- When I researched the scientific evidence for vitamin patches working as well as pills then I was disappointed that research says pills are much more effective as the skin is an effective barrier.
