- I didn’t think that this would work and a gimmick. I have been proved wrong. After 3 days using 2 sweets per day. 1 breakfast and 1 lunch. I have found that my appetite has gone and I don’t get a craving to snack between meals.
I am eating smaller portions as a result of taking these sweets and drinking water before eating.
I have bought a second double pack for a member of my family
