- I have owned one before, this being a replacement because I tried to ask too much or the old one and broke the handle - entirely my fault. Used properly it is excellent tool. The cutting diameter is about 40mm and not 70mm in my opinion

- Cuts through 35mm like butter. Overall very good. Especially on overhanging branches. Weight of lopper reasonable.

- 70mm. Not so sure. Ratcheting on the slightly bigger branches has a knack to it.
